Upon arrival, the reservation holder will be asked to go to the Reception alone to confirm the online check-in using his/her own identity card/passport (the same that has been registered online), and to sign the privacy policy.
For all reservations (Village or Campsite), the balance must be paid upon arrival.
Socialturist Srl will pay great attention in applying all the procedures established by the Government in the DPCM in effect for summer 2022.
At check-out, the return of the identification bracelets and all the procedures for the final inspection of the mobile home will be carried out. The deposit of 100€, paid on arrival, will be returned to the guests of the mobile homes.
The lodgings will be sanitized to guarantee both our guests and our workers safety. Therefore, they will be available from 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Please note that at check in you will be requested to pay a 100€ deposit for your mobile home, which will be refunded at departure.
At the moment, for summer 2022, only Extra pitches and Extra pitches with bathroom are available. Pitches are available from 12 a.m. on the day of arrival.
Common hygienic services will be equipped with hand sanitizer.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN for unregistered persons to stay inside the village. “Daily visitors” ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the private beach.
Every mobile home will be assigned a position for the whole period, according to the type of mobile home booked.
Please use your own beach towel. Everybody must follow the existing Government regulations
Besides following the previous regulations, you must use your own beach towel when using the sunbeds.
In compliance with the regulations for hygiene and safety in the swimming pool:
please shower accurately before entering the pool;
it is compulsory to wear a bathing cap;
It is forbidden to spit, blow your nose or urinate in the water;
babies must use swim diapers.
The use of sports equipment, of the playground and sports courts takes place in accordance with rules and times displayed on site.
Children must always be taken to the playground by adults and be looked after.
In our restaurant and pizzeria overlooking the sea and the swimming pool, you can enjoy our typical dishes at lunch and dinner with table service. you can also enjoy your meals at your accommodation thanks to our take-away service.
The restaurant is on first floor with staircase, no lift.
The restaurant service is not included in the price of the stay. Half-board or full-board options are available. You can book them directly at the restaurant upon arrival.
Our market will provide typical local products, fresh products, fruit and vegetables, and basic essentials, so that you can fully enjoy every minute of your stay.
At present, there aren’t any quota limits for the evening shows. The management reserves the right to modify and adapt safety measures according to the new regulations provided by the Law. It could be possible to alternate the guests by the colours of their bracelets.
Our entertainment staff is ready to welcome you with many activities that have been thought, reinvented and organized in a different and new way in order to involve, entertain and thrill. The entertainment staff will be with you 7 days a week in order to let you enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
